This makes for stronger connections with friends, family members, and even romantic partners. How else would they be willing to trust someone they barely know? It takes an in-depth knowledge of their background and their psychology—and therefore, their needs—to earn their trust.

Do you work with people who make sure you’re always happy with their work? Is everyone excited to please you? Are your friends and family constantly asking how they can help you?

If so, it might be time to figure out if you are the kind of person that others consider a natural leader.
